自1998年发布第一款3DMARK图形测试软件至今，3DMARK已经逐渐成长为一款最为普及的3D图形卡性能基准测试软件。3DMARK的一系列版本以简单清晰的操作界面和公正准确的3D图形测试流程赢得了越来越多人的喜爱。3DMark06主要使用最新一代游戏技术衡量DirectX 9级别的3D硬件。此前的3DMark都是随着新版DirectX和新一代硬件的发布而推出，在一定程度上限制了3DMark对最新硬件性能的充分挖掘。现在，DirectX 9已经发布3年，该级别的硬件已经遍布高中低各个领域，因此3DMark06终于可以完全利用DirectX 9的特性。事实上，3DMark06所有测试都需要支持SM3.0的DirectX 9硬件，不过只支持SM2.x的硬件也可以运行大部分测试。和以往一样，驱动之家做为FutureMark授权官方下载节点，于2006年1月18日晚上10点，世界同步发布这款全新的3D图形卡性能基准测试软件-3DMARK06！

运行3DMark06您需要有下面这样一套推荐的平台。

●DirectX 9兼容显卡，支持Pixel Shader 2.0或更高，显存256MB或更高(HDR/SM3.0测试需要DirectX 9级别硬件且支持SM3.0、16位浮点纹理和16位浮点混合)；
●主频2.5GHz或更高的Intel、AMD处理器；
●1G内存；
●1.5GB空闲硬盘空间；
●Windows XP SP2操作系统并安装最新升级补丁；
●微软2005年12月份发布的DirectX 9.0c并安装最新升级补丁；
●部分功能需要微软IE6浏览器并安装最新升级补丁；
●部分功能需要微软Excel 2000/XP/2003；
●使用参考光栅进行画质测试需要微软2005年12月份发布的DirectX 9.0c SDK。
